A scribble

I, for one, can't wait for the inter-office reactions to this piece.

Back channel chatter

  1. Sam Biddle looks like his face is in the middle of being punched.

  2. Not even clicking the link. Patrick apparently is the one person on the planet who reads Valleywag and thinks it worthy of a response.

  3. I don't read valleywag, or any tech blog for that matter (not my cup of tea), I was more talking about the issues raised in the NPR interview. Take Denton out of the equation.

    Questions worthy of discussion, no?

  4. Actually, no, you linked to Valleywag, not the source piece.

I'm not going to declare what is and isn't fair game on desknotes but equally you're out of your fucking mind if you think I'm going to get involved in a discussion about a friend and colleague, prompted by a Valleywag blogger who has also attacked NSFWCORP by just making shit up about us. Great that you tweeted it too.

  5. I didn't know anything about the Valleywag guy, so I apologize for that. My bad. But when I said, "I, for one, can't wait for the inter-office reactions to this piece," I meant because you usually take on anyone who talks trash about things and people you believe in, and obviously Biddle did just that.

But, yes, I am also interested in your thoughts on what Sarah had to say. It's a topic worthy of discussion, but I understand that its hit piece origin isn't a fair starting point. Again, my bad.
